Tomato sauerkraut from the pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 point sauerkraut
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 dashes milk
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • some sugar
  • possibly agave syrup, light
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pepper, white, freshly ground
  • some paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onion into rings and finely chop the garlic and fry in a little oil. Once the meat is lightly browned, add the sauerkraut and heat through. Add the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes. Stir in a little milk and the herb cream cheese, and season with sugar, agave syrup, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. When the cabbage is hot, the tomato sauerkraut is ready. Serve with homemade mashed potatoes.
