Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g tomatoes
  • 400 g soup vegetables (1 bunch)
  • 120 g onion(s)
  • 750 ml meat broth (instant)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • basil
  • 60 g cream
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash and roughly chop the soup vegetables. Peel and dice the onion. Prepare the meat broth, bring it to a boil with the prepared ingredients and spices, and simmer for 20 minutes. Purée the soup with a hand blender (removing the bay leaves first), season to taste with a little liquid sweetener, if desired, and stir in the cream. Per serving: approximately 5.6 g fat, 4.6 g protein, 0 BE. Tip: If you like, you can replace the cream with milk or omit it altogether, which will naturally reduce the calories and fat content.
