Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can of mangoes (425 ml)
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 kiwi(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the mangoes and puree them. Peel and slice the kiwis. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the mango puree and top with the kiwi slices.
