Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 15 g butter
  • 30 g ham, raw, diced
  • ½ liter broth
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ lemon(s), grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Secret recipe

Wash or peel the tomatoes, onions, and carrots, and dice them. Combine all ingredients in a pot. Season to taste. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes.
