Tomato-zucchini-mozzarella casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 3 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano, dried
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the zucchini, beefsteak tomatoes, and mozzarella balls into approximately 1 cm slices. Arrange these ingredients one at a time in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, and finely chopped garlic. Finally, drizzle with olive oil. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 35-40 minutes. Serve with pasta, such as spaghetti.
