  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, highly defatted
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Heat the butter in a saucepan (not too hot, up to a maximum of 45°C). Stir in the remaining ingredients with a whisk. Spread on the mixture (as desired, e.g., for nut wedges) and then let cool.
