Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 2 onions, red
  • 6 olives, black
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Pepper, freshly ground white
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem ends. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a platter. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips, then arrange them on top of the tomatoes along with the olives. For the marinade, combine the oil, vinegar, pepper, oregano, and salt. Spread the marinade evenly over the tomatoes. Arrange the cheese in the center.
