Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 small can of mushrooms and chanterelles
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp cheese, grated (Emmental)
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stuffed tomatoes with mushrooms, for the party buffet
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and hollow them out. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and mix with the cream, cheese, and parsley. Season to taste and fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Replace the lid and pat with mayonnaise.
