Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 large shallot(s)
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • olive oil
  • 1 egg(s) or some grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ham Fleckerl

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in good olive oil, not overheating. Cut the ham into small pieces and add. Fry until crispy or lightly browned, depending on your taste. Add the drained pasta and sprinkle with chili flakes. Cook for as long as you like, turning frequently. Just before serving, stir in an egg and let it set, or grate some cheese over the top; both taste great.
