Tomatoes – Spinach – Cheese – Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 leaf spinach – minis (frozen)
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • possibly broth
  • 100 ml water, maybe a little more
  • 1 pack of pasta (spaghetti or spirali)
  • Water (salt water)
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Super delicious pasta sauce. Even my kids love it

First, put the pasta on the heat. Then, add the cream and water to a saucepan. While it’s boiling, add the spinach. When the spinach is soft or thawed, add the cheese to the pan. Wait until the cheese has melted, then reduce the heat to low. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and broth. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 3-4 slices (depending on size) and add them to the sauce. Heat for another 5 minutes. If the sauce is too runny, thicken with a little sauce thickener, or if it’s too thick, add a little more water. The sauce should have a creamy consistency and coat the pasta.
