Tomatoes with cottage cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes, e.g. B. Beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Snack, starter or light dinner

Cut the tomatoes into approximately 5 mm thick slices and arrange them on a platter or flat plate. Season the tomato slices with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little oregano. Place the cottage cheese on top of the tomato slices using a teaspoon and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste, if desired.
