Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 600 g Flour
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 30 g Oatmeal
  • 500 g Frozen forest berries
  • 100 g Cherries
  • 30 ml Rum
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 Pr Sugar
  • Pistachios
  • 1 shot White wine

Instructions
 

  • Puree the raspberries with sugar and a little warm water and place in an ice cream maker.
  • Mix the flour with sugar and butter and knead into a dough. Spread three quarters of the batter on a baking tray and sprinkle with oat flakes.
  • Spread the frozen forest berries on top and sprinkle with the remaining batter, which will serve as a crumble. Then put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the cherries with the rum. Mix egg yolks with sugar and white wine and beat everything together in a metal bowl over a double boiler.
  • When everything is ready, serve together, the cake may still be lukewarm.
