Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

on peppers, peas and roots

First, wash and finely chop the onions, garlic, and bell pepper, or press the garlic, and add everything to a preheated pot and deglaze with a little white wine. Sauté briefly for about 3-4 minutes. Then add the first seasonings, except for the stock. Remove the vegetables from the pot and sear the minced meat in the same pot. Add the stock and the vegetables back in. Then top up with the pureed tomato, sour cream, and the sauces or ketchup. You can also add 4-5 dashes of Tabasco to taste. Tastes great with pasta, but also with other side dishes.
