Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Minced meat – leek – sauce on spelt noodles

Brown the meat in a pan with fat. Cut the cleaned leek into thin half rings and add to the cooked minced meat. Briefly fry the leek. Meanwhile, cook the spelt pasta according to the package instructions. Add the passata (I used a tetra pack) to the minced meat and leek mixture and simmer thoroughly. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season to taste. Drain the spelt pasta and rinse well, adding a knob of butter, as the starch will cause it to stick together. Arrange the pasta in a circle on the plate, place the hash brown in the center, and serve. If you like, you can sprinkle the whole thing with a little grated cheese.
