Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken legs, seasoned
- 6 large potatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 handful of olives, black
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- Salt
- oregano
- lots of olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and halve the potatoes, and quarter the tomatoes. Place the seasoned chicken thighs, potatoes, tomatoes, and olives on a baking sheet. Season with salt and drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Finally, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. White bread goes well with this dish.
