Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Bockwurst
  • 1 roll from the day before
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious omelette with sausage, bread cubes and tomatoes

Dice the sausage, onion, bread roll, and tomatoes. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Fry the sausage cubes with the onions. Now add the diced bread roll and fry until golden brown. Then briefly roast the tomatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Finally, reduce the heat and pour the whisked and seasoned egg over the mixture. Cook, stirring or scraping gently, until it is still nice and creamy. Sprinkle with parsley, and you’re done.
