Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml cream, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy and super delicious

Whisk together the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs until frothy. Then add the cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Finally, stir in the cream. Bake in a loaf or ring tin for 50-60 minutes at 150°C (convection oven) (test with a skewer). Tastes best when aged for a few days.
