Tortelini – Bolognese
The perfect tortelini – bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Tortelini – Bolognese
- 1,5 tbsp Oil
- 300 g Mett, seasoned
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion, red
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- 200 ml Water
- 1,5 tbsp *Gemüsewürze – Pulver/Paste
- 200 g Tomatoes, happened
- 1 pack Tortelini (meat filling / refrigerated counter)
- 1 bag Mozzarella
Tortelini – Bolognese
- Take a pan and pour in the oil, heat it up. Add the seasoned mince and fry in it until crumbly. In the meantime, clean the zucchini and slice it. Peel and chop the garlic clove & onion. Add everything together and continue to fry.
- Season the whole thing with salt and gourmet pepper and season to taste. Deglaze with water and stir in the vegetable seasoning. Fold in the tomatoes, stir and season if necessary. Take the tortelini out of the packaging and place in the pan.
- Now bring to the boil briefly, then switch down and make sure that nothing burns, if necessary, add some more water. Cook these until the tortelini have reached their desired size. Drain the mozzarella before and afterwards.
- Spread over the entire contents of the pan. Put a lid on top and let it melt. Take two deep plates and fill them. Decorate each with a leaf of basil and enjoy immediately!
