Summer Drink with Berry Ice Cubes

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Currants TK
  • 200 g Raspberries frozen
  • 200 g Blueberries TK
  • 1 l Black tea
  • 500 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 1 pot Mint

Instructions
 

  • Place half of the berries in ice cube molds. Pour warm water over them and freeze them.
  • Put the remaining berries in a carafe and pour the black tea over them. Pluck the mint leaves and place them in the palm of your hand, clapping once to release the essential oils.
  • Finally add the ice cubes and serve the drink.
