Tortelini – Casserole

Tortelini – casserole

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200 g Tartare
  • 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • Salt, gourmet pepper, raw cane sugar to your taste
  • 1 pack Tortelini with meat filling (refrigerated counter)
  • 100 g Grated cheese to taste

Chop up vegetables

  1. Peel shallot, clove of garlic and chop in a blitz chopper (food processor) Clean the carrots & zucchini and cut into pieces. Also chop.

  1. Put the tartare in a pan and fry until crumbly without adding any fat. Then add the chopped ingredients and continue frying. Stir in tomato paste, fold in chunky tomatoes and season with salt, raw cane sugar & gourmet pepper, season to taste.

Filling & gratinating

  1. Take a baking dish of your choice. Grease these and add the tortelini from the refrigerated counter. Then put the vegetable tartare mixture on top and smooth it out. Care with the grated cheese according to your taste. Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Then place the baking dish on the baking sheet, slide it in and bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve on flat plates.
