Tortellini alla Panna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of tortellini with meat filling, refrigerated
  • 1 pack of ham (approx. 150 – 200 g)
  • 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (200 g)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the onions, ham, and garlic. Brown everything in a pan with hot oil. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, making a light roux. Deglaze with cream and milk, then add the contents of the pan. Season with plenty of salt, pepper, and granulated stock. Mix with the tortellini in the pan and add a little more milk if desired. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
