Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 6 m.-large tomato(s)
- some clarified butter
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g crème fraîche
- some salt
- some pepper
- 400 g tortellini, filled with meat, ready-made product
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat clarified butter and sauté the onions, garlic, leeks, and mushrooms until translucent. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh. Add them and sauté briefly. Deglaze with crème fraîche and vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Add the tortellini and place everything in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
