Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tortellini
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g cream
- 1 small jar of mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag of mozzarella, grated (200 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and garlic clove (I use a food processor for this). Sauté the onions and garlic in a pan, add the minced meat, and fry until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix the passata and cream together in a liter measure and then add to the minced meat. Bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, mix everything together, and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
