Simple pasta bake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or poultry
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 cup of cream (200g)
  • 1 bag of cheese, Gouda, Emmental for sprinkling
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper, pepper,
  • Oregano or marjoram
  • some margarine or butter to grease the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

simple, relatively quick to make and really tasty

First, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. In the meantime, put the minced meat in a bowl and add the cream, egg, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon until it’s a bit creamy. When the pasta is ready, add it to the greased baking dish and spread the minced meat over it. (I usually sprinkle a little of the grated cheese on the pasta before adding the minced meat.) Place the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes. The minced meat needs to be cooked through! In the meantime, slice the tomatoes. Then remove the casserole from the oven, place the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven until everything is nicely baked! You can season the minced meat however you like. If I feel like it, I also add garlic, or add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sambal oelek!
