Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 package of dough from the refrigerator (shortcrust pastry, 400g)
- some flour, for rolling out
- 400 g double cream cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 kg fruits, fresh or frozen, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the size of a baking sheet, place it on the sheet, and bake for a good 10 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Wash, core, or peel the fruit (this is unnecessary for frozen fruit, but of course, defrost the fruit). Cut the fruit into slices or pieces. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the dough and smooth it out. Arrange the fruit on top in a colorful pattern. Tip: Only prepare the fruit pizza immediately before eating. If it sits too long, the base will become soggy, and most children, like adults, don’t like soggy cakes.
