  • 125g Gorgonzola
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 50 g bacon, diced if desired
  • 250 g tortellini, dried

Instructions

First, finely chop the onion and dice the ham (if it isn’t already diced). Then, fry the ham and onions over low heat. While frying, add a little pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you want it). Then, pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the sliced ​​Gorgonzola. Then, cook for about 7 minutes, until the Gorgonzola is completely melted. Cook the tortellini in salted water until tender.
