Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 125g Gorgonzola
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 50 g bacon, diced if desired
- 250 g tortellini, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, finely chop the onion and dice the ham (if it isn’t already diced). Then, fry the ham and onions over low heat. While frying, add a little pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you want it). Then, pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the sliced Gorgonzola. Then, cook for about 7 minutes, until the Gorgonzola is completely melted. Cook the tortellini in salted water until tender.
