  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 500g tortellini
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 250 g sliced ​​cheese
  • Salt
  • Tabasco
  • oregano
  • oil

Instructions

Brown the minced meat in a pan. Add the finely chopped onions and garlic. Brown the tomato paste in a pan with a little oil (careful, it can burn quickly). Add the minced meat to the pan and stir in the tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and oregano. Cook the tortellini and gnocchi according to the instructions. Grease a baking dish with butter. Carefully line the puff pastry so that it overlaps the edges of the dish. Make a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle some torn sliced ​​cheese and grated cheese over the top. Spread the gnocchi on top. Layer the sauce and cheese again. Layer the tortellini on top and spread them well with sauce, then add the cheese and finally add the last piece of puff pastry on top (also overlapping). Now twist the edge into the dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
