Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 200 g pasta
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 120 g grated cheese or 100 g Parmesan
- 1 cup sour cream
- oil
- salt and pepper
- chives
- Parsley

Peel and halve the potatoes. Cook the potatoes and pasta separately. In the meantime, if using Parmesan, finely grate it and rub the casserole dish with a little oil. Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a pan until browned and crumbly, then season with chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Then stir in the sour cream. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven or 180°C top/bottom heat. Drain the potatoes and pasta. Cut the potatoes into slices about 0.5 cm thick. In the casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, pasta, minced meat, and cheese (1-3 layers depending on the dish). Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the cheese has melted nicely and is golden brown.
