Tortellini pesto casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 190 g pesto (Calabrese pesto)
  • 200 g cheese, for gratinating
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 400 g tortellini (filling as desired)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces and place both in a baking dish. Mix the cream with the Calabrese pesto and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Pour the sauce over the tortellini and ham and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
