Tortellini salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh or dried
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 class jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tortellini in broth until al dente and let cool. Dice the bell pepper, cucumber, and onion. Mix with the salad dressing, 1/2 teaspoon salt, a little pepper, vinegar, and oil. Finally, add the tortellini. It tastes great with grilled food and is the first salad to go at almost every party.
