Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g blue cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon(s) peel
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the cheese with milk, crème fraîche, nuts, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
