Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 ½ liters of meat broth
  • 450 g soup vegetables (frozen)
  • 250g tortellini
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 pkt. processed cheese
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oregano
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Party soup

Brown the ground beef in a saucepan until crumbly and add the meat broth. Add the soup vegetables and tortellini and simmer for about 20 minutes. Bring the sour cream, tomatoes, and processed cheese to a boil in a small saucepan until the cheese dissolves. Stir in the tomato paste and add the tomato sauce to the tortellini in the larger saucepan. Peel the garlic, finely chop, and add. Season to taste. Any leftovers can be frozen.
