Tortellini with apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g tortellini with cheese filling, from the refrigerated section
  • 3 apples or equivalent applesauce
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly fry the onions in butter. Soon after, add the chopped apples or applesauce. Once the apples have dissolved, or before the onions brown, add the tortellini. Fry the tortellini until lightly browned and season with salt, pepper, or marjoram, if desired. Then serve. A ridiculously simple dish that tastes amazing.
