Tortellini with beef fillet strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g beef fillet(s)
  • 1 bag of tortellini (everything tastes good)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp white wine, dry
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bowl of cress
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini al dente and drain. Cut the beef fillet into strips, season with pepper, and fry in hot olive oil. Then remove and keep warm. Peel and finely chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper and fry. Add the crushed garlic cloves. Deglaze with white wine. Add the stock and bring to a boil briefly, then add the cream. Thicken the sauce with a little thickener, if desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder, and stir in the tortellini. Stir in the cress and serve immediately.
