Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g steak(s) (minute pork steaks)
- 200 g cream
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g pasta
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Oil for frying
- possibly water if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the garlic and finely chop it along with the chili pepper. Dice the steaks and season with salt and pepper. Brown everything together in a little hot oil. Deglaze with stock and cream, add the pasta, and cook until tender (add water if necessary until the pasta is tender). Finally, season to taste and serve hot. Tip: If you like, you can add other vegetables, such as bell peppers or broccoli.
