Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 packs of tortellini, filling as desired
- 250 ml broth
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 class Head of broccoli (approx. 500 g)
- ½ package of herb cream cheese
- some flour
- possibly garlic, squeezed
- Cheese, grated, amount as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Simple, quick and delicious
Cook the tortellini and broccoli. Meanwhile, dice the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the garlic and finely chopped ham and fry briefly. Add the broth and cream cheese and bring to a boil. Stir in a little flour to thicken the sauce. Add the cooked tortellini and broccoli and top with the cheese. I use about half a bag of grated cheese. Mix it in until the cheese has melted. By adding the broth and the herb cream cheese, I don’t think any seasoning is necessary. I love this recipe because you can always vary it.
