Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small bananas
- ½ large avocado(s)
- 1 large orange(s)
- 50 ml water
- 25 g oat flakes
- 5 g flaxseed, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Banana, avocado, orange
Chop the banana, avocado, and orange flesh into small pieces and puree with the water in a blender or with a good hand blender. Then stir in the oats and flaxseed. I like to let it sit for another hour so the oats can swell nicely. With a little juice or water, it makes a great morning drink.
