Tortellini with colorful minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of tortellini, colorful
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g dried meat
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 150 ml white wine
  • lots of oregano
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese (pizza cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the dried meat, garlic, and onion. Cut the peppers and mushrooms into fairly small pieces. Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the dried meat, onion, and garlic and continue to brown. Add the peppers and mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with the white wine and add the spices. Let the mixture simmer gently for a quarter of an hour, adding a little more liquid if necessary. In the meantime, cook the tortellini. Just before the tortellini are cooked, add the sweet and sour cream to the sauce and season to taste. To serve, you can place the sauce separately, or layer the tortellini in a baking dish and briefly bake it in the oven with the sauce and cheese.
