Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tortellini, fresh
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g crab or shrimp
- 1 can tomato(s), chopped, 425 ml
- 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp sour cream, or crème fraîche
- some parsley, fresh or dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the prawns for about 3 minutes. Then add the crushed garlic clove and sauté briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, add the chopped tomatoes, and season. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir the sour cream or crème fraîche into the sauce. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Mix the drained tortellini into the sauce and serve sprinkled with parsley.
