Tortellini with minced meat and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, half and half
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 250 g tortellini

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and vegetable stock powder. Cook the tortellini and add to the sauce, bringing to a boil again.
