Tortellini with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini, colorful, dried
  • 1 can tuna, marinated in oil
  • 200 g whipped cream, long-life
  • 250 ml vegetable stock

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Then drain through a sieve. Heat the vegetable broth in a saucepan. Add the cream and tuna and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. Add the tortellini to the sauce, stir, and serve immediately.
