Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can peach(s), drained
- 1 pc. raspberries (also frozen)
- 2 cups of cream
- 500 g yogurt
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. sugar, brown
Instructions

Cut the peaches into small pieces. Place them in a large bowl with the raspberries. Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with vanilla sugar, and gently stir it into the yogurt by hand. Pour this mixture over the peaches. Finally, sprinkle with brown sugar. Refrigerate for a few hours, or even better, overnight. The sugar forms a caramel-like layer that everyone will love. Tip: You can also use other fruits, such as wild berries.
