Tortellini
The perfect tortellini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Tortellini, from the freshness shelf
- 600 ml Whipped cream, cremefine
- 200 g Boiled ham, diced
- 2 Egg yolk
- 4 Eßl Grated Parmesan
- Nutmeg, salt
- Cook the tortellinis according to the instructions on the packet.
- Briefly fry the diced ham in a saucepan with a little oil, add 400ml cream and simmer briefly.
- Now stir in the finished tortellinis and continue to simmer slowly.
- In the meantime, mix the egg yolks, Parmesan, nutmeg, salt and the remaining 200 ml of cream in a small bowl. Then add to the tortellinis in the saucepan and simmer until the sauce is thick. Serve and enjoy!
