Gyros Rice Pan
The perfect gyros rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Sliced turkey gyros
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Beefsteak tomato big
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 l Broth
- 2 Bay leaves
- 500 g Mixed frozen vegetables from my garden
- 275 g Rice parboiled
- Salt and pepper
- Fry the meat with onions in the hot olive oil. Dice the tomato and add to the meat. Proceed in the same way as in my rice-vegetable pan in my KB. We ate a mixed salad with it today.
