Tortelloni – Cinderella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 125 g tortellini, (tortelloni), dry product
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the meat broth to a boil, add the tortelloni, and cook until tender, then drain. Peel the garlic clove and rub it into a saucepan. Add the crème fraîche and milk, stir to combine, and bring to a boil. Add the tortelloni, season with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg, and simmer briefly. Cut the ham into strips. Wash and finely chop the chives, add them to the tortelloni along with the ham strips, stir, and serve immediately.
