Minced onion and cream with spaetzle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp stock powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 300 ml water
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for cream sauce
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, peel the onions, halve them, and slice them thinly. Brown the minced meat in a preheated pan. After about 5 minutes, add the spices and onions. Cook everything for another 4-5 minutes over medium heat, then pour in the water and cream. Finally, add the sauce mix and, if desired, season with tomato and curry ketchup—but not too much. Meanwhile, cook the spaetzle according to the instructions and serve everything together.
