Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 small can of peas and corn, mixed
- 300 ml water
- 3 flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or crème légère
- 6 tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with spice base
Drain the pea and corn mix. Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the minced meat. Add the peas and corn and pour in the water. Stir in the seasoning base and bring everything to a boil on the stove. Then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Heat the wraps in a second large pan for about 1-2 minutes so they can be easily rolled up. First, spread 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche in the center of each warmed wrap, then add the chili con carne, arrange lettuce leaves on top, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Finally, fold the wrap up from the bottom and roll up the sides to create a pocket.
