Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 persimmons
- 6 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp butter for vegans oil or Alsan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the persimmons, remove the stems, and slice them. Heat the oil and briefly fry the persimmons. Add the coconut flakes and toss the persimmons in the oil. Remove when cooked to your desired level and enjoy with desserts or yogurt, or simply on their own.
