Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast (sandwich)
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Blend the cheddar and cream cheese together in a food processor or with a hand blender until creamy and season with salt and pepper to taste. Form the ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, into flat patties the size of the slices of toast. Place in the hot pan and add the sliced ​​onions on top, pressing down lightly. When turning, make sure the onions stay halfway in place. Once the patties are done, toast the toast and then spread all the slices with the cheddar cream. Place the patties on each slice of toast, top with the tomato, and fold over the second slice of toast.
