The perfect treat plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Meatloaf
  • 400 g 2 Kolben Zuckermais
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 110 g Cooked triplets (rest!)
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 75 g 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 big pinches Chilli flakes
  • 2 Gewürzgurken
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • 2 * ½ Cherry Tomate
  1. Fry the meat loaf with the corn on the cob in a grill pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) until golden-brown. Peel and quarter the onion and cut ¾ into strips. ! / 4 with the meat loaf add the sweet corn pan and fry with it. Slice triplets and fry in a pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp). Sprinkle with sweet paprika (½ teaspoon). Spread the onion strips over it and season with whole caraway (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Fry everything for a few more minutes. Always turn carefully. Beat the two eggs, whisk them roughly and distribute them over the fried potato pan and let them set / cook slowly without turning. Spread everything on 2 plates and top / garnish with pickles, tomato halves and parsley stalks, serve.
